What we collect
When you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, and whatever project details you choose to share with us. If you upload a file, we receive that too.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one reason: to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver your project.
Who sees it
Only us. We use a form service called Formspree to deliver your enquiry to our inbox, and we use Microsoft 365 to store our emails and documents. Neither of these companies is allowed to use your information for anything else.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing. We do not use your data to train AI tools.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for 6 years. This is standard for professional engineering practices and is required for our insurance. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our legal record-keeping duties). Just email nomabet@aimron.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use Microsoft 365 for email and document storage. Your information may be stored within our Microsoft 365 tenant, which is configured to store data within the UK. Microsoft acts as a data processor under the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA).
6.3 AI Tools
We may use AI tools for drafting and research purposes. No client names, addresses, drawings, or personal data are entered into public AI tools. Some of our third-party providers (such as Formspree) may process your data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Enquiry data: Retained for 6 years from the date of enquiry, or until you request deletion (whichever is sooner).
